Brookfield acquires Singapore logistics, industrial assets for S$338 million
Deal with ESR-REIT is US asset manager's second real estate investment in the city-state in 2025
The Asset   15 Dec 2025

Brookfield Asset Management has agreed to acquire a portfolio comprising eight logistics and industrial properties in Singapore for S$338.1 million ( US$261.8 million ). The assets will be acquired from ESR-REIT.

The eight assets, with 2.4 million square feet in total gross floor area, are located within Singapore’s premier logistics and manufacturing hubs, including Jurong, Tuas, Pioneer and Paya Lebar, and are close to key existing and upcoming infrastructure such as Jurong Lake District, Tuas Port and Changi Airport.

“With Singapore’s strategic location, connectivity and infrastructure, we have high conviction that demand for prime logistics and industrial space will continue to grow in Singapore, supported by long-term government policies,” says Brookfield managing partner and head of East Asia real estate Andrew Burych. “This investment also underlines our continued commitment to growing our logistics and industrial presence across Asia-Pacific.”

For New York-headquartered Brookfield, the transaction is its second real estate investment in the city-state after completing the acquisition of three business parks and high-tech industrial assets in August 2025.
